Data cabling services for contractors and end-users

At ACCL, we provide quality data cabling services for main contractors, architects, building services companies and other service providers. We also work direct for companies who are updating or overseeing their own networks.

We take a proven approach to each project. This begins with an initial consultation where we look at the likely demand, usage, required bandwidth and other technical aspects of the job that may dictate the type of cabling required. We also assess the physical challenges including the building infrastructure, the number of ports and the potential to build in flexibility for reconfiguration and growth. We’ll then put an estimate and project plan together, so that we can agree budget, timescales and installation schedules.

All of our data cabling installations are tested off site prior to installation as well as post installation. We provide full documentation and can provide warranties and a full support and maintenance contract.

Infrastructure Service Level Agreement (ISLA)

Any data cabling services for infrastructure such as – cabinets, risers, data cables, and optical fibre cables that carry mission-critical information – are easily overlooked. Until it goes wrong that is. In communications, time is money – and downtime is costly.

ACCL offers an Infrastructure Service Level Agreement on installations to provide an emergency fix and callout service for critical data cabling. There is a guaranteed “no fix, no fee” policy – you pay only for the on-site services that you use.

The first port of call is our service team who can assist with technical queries and hardware-related problems. If they are unable to help, we guarantee to get an engineer to you within an agreed period (usually four hours) 9-5 Monday to Friday, excl. public holidays.
