Specialist areas

An area of particular specialism is in the field of automated security where ACCL offers both integrated and standalone packages incorporating CCTV; Vehicular Gates, Barriers and Bollards; Automatic Number Plate Recognition; Internal and External Building Access Control; and Pedestrian Gates and Turnstiles.

As an independent operator, we consult with our clients and are able to select the best equipment to suit their needs. Our design and planning and documentation are exemplary as is the execution of the final installation – all backed with a warranty and certification where required.

All of our installation services come with the offer of a service and maintenance package to suit our clients’ needs.

Pedestrian Gates and Turnstiles

ACCL can offer a Pedestrian Gate solution that ranges from a simple domestic electronic gate with an intercom linked to the house through to a multi access point system that is enhanced by CCTV and facial recognition software.

Our Turnstile solutions can include sophisticated glass barriers for entrance and reception halls, linked in to an Access Control system. We are also able to supply the type of Turnstile associated with libraries and sports halls and full-height metal turnstiles that complement our Vehicular Gates, Barriers and Bollards and enhanced by CCTV and facial recognition software. And if you need multi-site access control from a single central monitoring station controlling gates, doors and CCTV, we can link it all together.

Gates

We provide motorised gates that are set to  open when activated via an authorised remote control, numeric keypad, access control card, biometrics and electronic fob. They close automatically behind whoever has entered. The gates can also be activated via a voice or video intercom console. In commercial settings, these gates will often be installed in addition to a Vehicular Gate solution where pedestrian access needs to be provided separately and for sites where operators don’t want to allow every vehicle to come on to their site. Standalone settings might include vulnerable care situations where operators require an additional layer of security for both entry and egress.

Automatic openers can be fitted to both new and existing gates. All gates can be enhanced with the application of CCTV and lighting. They can be set to automatically unlock in the event of a fire or other emergency when linked to a Fire Alarm system.

Turnstiles

Our turnstiles can be activated by numeric keypad, access control card, biometrics, electronic fob or via a via a voice or video intercom console. We also have coin and token operated versions. They come in a range of rotor configurations and can be painted or powder coated to suit. Rain canopies can be included as can night lighting and security lighting.

Disabled access versions are available.

All Turnstiles can be set to automatically unlock in the event of a fire or other emergency when linked to a Fire Alarm system.

Our half-height and three-quarter height turnstiles can be set to be one way or both-way as indicated by illuminated arrows. When sited externally, we recommend the addition of a canopy.

Integration

All of ACCL’s Access Control solutions will integrate with our CCTV; Vehicular Gates, Barriers and Bollards; Automatic Number Plate Recognition; Pedestrian Gates and Turnstiles systems should any of these be required.

ACCL will always design and install a system that suits your current needs and can grow to meet your future needs. We offers a comprehensive maintenance service.
