Copper10 cabling uses

Copper10 cabling (10GE Gigabit Ethernet) is one of the fastest growing mediums used for data transmission. Within office environments many Companies still utilise legacy cabling, this can be a problem if application speeds exceed the capacity of the supporting infrastructure.

In the past Copper10 was deployed primarily for the backbone to link switches, however, today it is being directly installed into office environments. With a capacity of 500MHz and covering distance up to 100m, it provides the perfect platform for bandwidth-hungry enterprises.
