Following the competition of a detailed plan Active Communication Company Limited (ACCL) will be in possession of a signed off blueprint document.

Unlike lower category cabling organisations, ACCL empower Prince 2 Project Managers to carry out this phase. This provides clients with the assurance all aspects of a project are professionally catered for.

Meticulous planning and concise communication

A detailed plan offers clients important information on deliverables, timeframes and milestones. This keeps them in the picture at all times. Our Project Managers are in constant communication with clients, informing them how the plan is materialising. We fully understand this document needs to be fluid enough to facilitate change, if deemed necessary.
Following the completion of the plan our team move into the installation phase.
