Site survey
We review the building, existing infrastructure, working conditions and the outcome required.
Commercial network infrastructure, delivered properly.
Since 1997, ACCL has designed, installed, tested and documented network infrastructure for commercial organisations across London, Kent, Surrey and the South East.

For IT leaders, facilities teams and project managers, network infrastructure work affects far more than connectivity. It can influence programme dates, occupied spaces, health and safety requirements, access restrictions, security systems, future capacity and how confidently the building can be supported after handover.
ACCL brings structured data cabling, fibre optic installation, Wi-Fi surveys and installation, commercial CCTV and access control into one coordinated infrastructure delivery where the project requires it.
We start with the outcome required, then work through the practical detail:
The exact scope changes from project to project. The discipline does not. We define the requirement, plan the detail, coordinate delivery, test to the agreed standard and provide the records included in the project scope.
We review the building, existing infrastructure, working conditions and the outcome required.
We define routes, containment, outlet positions, cabinet requirements and the right installation approach.
Our engineers work around agreed access requirements, safety controls and live-site conditions.
Where certification is included, links are tested against the agreed standard and results are reviewed before handover.
The agreed test results, labels and as-built information are issued so the work remains manageable.
Wayne Connors is the Founder and Managing Director of ACCL, a specialist provider of structured cabling, fibre optic networks, data centre cabling and commercial IT infrastructure solutions across London, Kent, Surrey and the South East.
Since founding ACCL in 1997, Wayne has led more than 28 years of project delivery, helping organisations design, install and modernise the physical network infrastructure that supports reliable connectivity, office moves, refurbishment projects and digital transformation.
His experience spans copper cabling, fibre backbones, data centre infrastructure, Wi-Fi, CCTV and access control integration. Wayne is supported by Operations Director David Little and senior network engineers, bringing operational control and technical experience into each stage of the project.
“The standard of an installation is not defined by whether it works on the day. It is defined by whether the design, workmanship, test evidence and handover records give the client confidence long after the work is complete.” Wayne Connors, Founder and Managing Director, ACCL

CCTV, access control and associated security infrastructure delivery, coordinated around the building, network and operational requirements.
Since 1997, ACCL has delivered structured cabling, fibre optic, data centre, wireless, CCTV, access control and commercial IT infrastructure work across offices, education environments, healthcare facilities, public sector buildings, industrial sites and other operational spaces.
Our work ranges from targeted upgrades, cabinet improvements and network audits through to major structured cabling, fibre and workplace infrastructure programmes. The detailed evidence sits in our case studies, with a wider Project Experience Archive planned for publication.
Further selected experience includes The Premier League and Southampton FC.
ACCL maintains quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management systems alongside relevant industry, security and construction credentials. These support the way projects are planned, delivered and documented.
With offices in the City of London and Orpington, Kent, ACCL supports commercial clients across a wide range of operational environments, from single-floor office upgrades to more complex infrastructure programmes.

Short answers to the questions commercial clients commonly ask before arranging a site survey or discussing a network infrastructure project.
ACCL designs, installs, tests and documents commercial structured cabling, fibre optic infrastructure, Wi-Fi, CCTV, access control and related network services. The precise scope is planned around the building, the systems involved and the operational outcome required.
ACCL, Active Communication Company Ltd, was established in 1997 and has delivered commercial network infrastructure projects across London and the South East for more than 28 years.
ACCL serves commercial clients across London, Kent, Surrey and the wider South East. Site location, access arrangements and project requirements are reviewed before work is scoped.
Yes. ACCL plans delivery around agreed working windows, access restrictions, health and safety controls, occupied areas and business continuity requirements. The right approach depends on the environment and is agreed during planning.
Handover requirements are agreed as part of the project scope. They can include cable test results, labelling information, patch-panel records and as-built documentation, depending on the work and the specified standard.
Yes. ACCL offers a no-obligation site survey for commercial infrastructure projects across its normal London, Kent, Surrey and South East coverage. The survey helps clarify existing conditions, routes, access requirements, programme constraints and the right next step before a formal proposal is prepared.
ACCL is led by Founder and Managing Director Wayne Connors, supported by an Operations Director, senior network engineers and experienced installation teams. This structure provides commercial accountability, operational coordination and technical experience throughout delivery.
