What we collect
Information you give us directly: your name, company name, email address, phone number, and the content of any message, when you submit an enquiry, quote request, or use one of our calculators on this site.
Information collected automatically: standard usage data (pages visited, browser and device type, approximate location from your IP address, referring site), collected through analytics and advertising tags managed via Google Tag Manager, and cookies as described below.
Call data: if you call a number shown on this site, our call-tracking provider (WhatConverts) records data such as the call duration, the page and marketing source the number was shown on, and, where call recording is enabled for a particular number, the recorded call itself.
Security data: our website firewall (Wordfence) processes visitor IP addresses and request patterns to detect and block malicious traffic.

We use cookies and similar technologies on this site. Cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function are set automatically. Everything else — analytics, advertising, and any embedded content from third parties — only loads after you give your consent through our cookie banner. Broadly, the cookies we use fall into these categories:

Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers who help us run this site and respond to enquiries, each acting as a data processor on our instructions:
- Google — Tag Manager, and the analytics and advertising tags configured within it
- WhatConverts — call tracking
- CookieYes — cookie consent management
- Gravity Forms — handling form submissions on this site
- Wordfence — website security
- Trustindex — displaying our Google reviews
- Our hosting and infrastructure providers, who host the site and its data
Some of these providers are based outside the UK, principally in the United States. Where that is the case, we rely on their standard contractual clauses or another UK-recognised safeguard for the transfer. Details of the specific safeguard used by each provider are available from us on request.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, and no longer than that. In practice:
- Enquiry and quote data is kept for as long as needed to respond to you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch.
- Call-tracking and analytics data is kept according to each provider’s own retention settings, which we review periodically.
- Where we are required to keep data for longer — for example for accounting or legal reasons — we do so only for as long as that requirement applies.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to: access the data we hold about you; ask us to correct or delete it; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent at any time (this will not affect processing already carried out); and request your data in a portable format.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this notice
