Quality

Quality can be interpreted in many different ways. For ACCL, it means using effective and reliable products, installed by independently accredited professionals and results which consistently satisfy the most demanding clients.

Cisco Technology Developer Partner

ACCL has recently been awarded Cisco Technology Developer Partner (CDPT) status. This prestigious award is only given after rigorous testing by Cisco and makes ACCL one of only 64 CDPTs in the world.

All our applications are quality assured to international standards and have up to a 25-year manufacturers’ warranty. In addition, we are so confident of our own high standards, that we provide our own five-year warranty.

To provide such high-quality systems, ACCL holds partnerships with market-leading manufacturers: Systimax, Krone, Nexan, Brand-Rex, Panduit, Ortronics, Hellermann Tyton and Excel which allow us to offer our clients peace of mind with a 20/25-year manufacturers’ system warranty.

Processes

All ACCL’s company-wide processes are fully documented and registered with the British Standards Institute under ISO 9001. Each employee receives training in our Quality methodology and is issued with a Field Quality Manual. Regular quality audits are carried out during the installation by our Quality Inspectorate.

ACCL personnel are BICSI/RCDD qualified (learn more about having a BISCI partnership)  and comply with BS EN ISO, 9001:2000, BS EN ISO 14001:1996 and OHSAS 18001:2009, to ensure quality and reliability of network design, installation practice and training.

But qualifications alone are no guarantees of success. There is no substitute for experience, and we certainly have plenty of that! And with experience, aligned with expertise, comes efficient and effective services.

Quality Manual

The ACCL Installation Quality Manual is designed to ensure that all engineers clearly understand the ACCL quality installation method, as well as the personal requirements it places on the engineers themselves. This will further help to ensure that:

  • the completed installation has been correctly installed to the required standards set by ACCL, the client and all relevant cabling Standards and Codes of Practice
  • all installations are consistent in design
  • all installations are consistent in quality levels
  • all delays and non-productive time are properly recorded
  • all engineers undertake a proactive and forward-thinking attitude to the installation works at hand.

Professional staff

ACCL’s engineers and project managers are some of the most accredited and qualified in the industry and an ongoing training and certification programme keeps them up-to-date on the latest developments in technology and innovation.

And we don’t stop there… As the cabling industry grows and develops, we believe that it is vitally important for ACCL to be at the forefront of these changes. Therefore some of our most senior and experienced staff sit on influential industry committees, planning and developing new and innovative working practices. This is ACCL shaping the future of the industry.
