Project brief
ACCL was appointed to design and install the structured data cabling and CCTV infrastructure to support The Winter Club’s operations across all three distinct spaces. The client required a resilient backbone for ticketing, POS, Wi‑Fi, media, and back-of-house systems, alongside comprehensive CCTV coverage to protect guests, staff and assets in a busy, late-night leisure environment.
Challenges:
- Temporary pop up structure with a short build lead time.
- Multi-trades on site including events and hospitality staff
- Subzero temperatures in the ice bar
Our Solution
Our team delivered a high-performance structured cabling system to serve bar operations, entertainment systems and staff networks throughout the Bierhaus, Ice Bar and chalet areas. Careful routing and containment ensured that all cabling remained discreet, preserving the themed décor and guest sightlines.
A network of strategically positioned Ubiquiti high-definition CCTV cameras provides clear coverage of entrances, bar areas, circulation routes and key operational zones. The system is integrated with secure recording and remote access, giving management full visibility of the site and supporting both safety and compliance in a complex, temperature‑variant environment.
The whole site is serviced by a ubiquti integrated Wi-Fi system, with discreet APs mounted around the site to provide maximum covergae and performance.
