Our construction delivery methodology

1) Risk & phasing workshop
We meet PMs, H&S and Security to map trespass routes, asset locations, gate layouts, out-of-hours windows and planned site phases. RAMS, inductions and permits are agreed up-front.

2) Survey & coverage design
We assess power availability, mounting points, lighting and neighbour lines-of-sight. We then issue a camera schedule with fields of view, heights, target distances and retention modelling.

3) Rapid installation
We deploy towers or fixed units with secured cabling and tamper-resistant housings. Noisy works are out-of-hours; compounds are reinstated daily.

4) Commissioning & verification
Analytics tuned to the scene; alarm paths tested with the monitoring centre; audio challenge verified; storage and retention confirmed.

5) Handover & re-siting
You receive a camera register, as-builts, IP schema and export playbook. As phases change, we re-site or add units to maintain coverage.
